Competition Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
This competition is conducted by Wise OT Solutions (ABN: 87 153 252 950) of PO Box 109 Panania NSW 2213 (“Promoter”). The competition is being run for promotional purposes at the ATSA Independent Living Expo Sydney 2026 (“ATSA Sydney”).
The benefiting business is Wise OT Solutions.
2. Competition Period
The competition opens at 8:30am on 13 May 2026 and closes at 3:00pm on 14 May 2026 (“Competition Period”). Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to attendees of ATSA aged 18 years and over, unless otherwise specified.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter or any organisation involved in the administration of the competition are not eligible to enter.
4. Entry Conditions
Entry is limited to one (1) entry per person.
Entry is free of charge.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
To be eligible, entrants must complete the entry form in full, including: name, email address, and the correct answer to the competition question.
Entrants must also provide express consent to receive marketing communications from the Promoter by selecting to join one or both of the Promoter’s mailing lists. Consent is optional for marketing purposes but required for entry into the competition.
Entrants who do not provide all required information or do not meet the entry requirements will be deemed ineligible.
A maximum of 400 entries will be accepted. Once this limit is reached, no further entries will be accepted and the competition will close, even if this occurs before the advertised closing time.
Any costs associated with entering the competition or claiming a prize (if any) are the responsibility of the entrant unless otherwise stated.
5. Prize Details
The prize consists of:
One (1) $100 AUD prepaid fuel gift card (brand to be determined by the Promoter)
Total prize value: $100 AUD
The prize will be delivered to the winner by post at no cost to the winner.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
6. Method of Winner Selection
The winner will be determined by a two-step process.
Random Draw: A single entry will be selected at random from all submitted entries (“Drawn Entry”).
Eligibility Check: The Drawn Entry will then be checked for eligibility, including completion of all required fields: name, email address, correct answer to the competition question (“How many cars can you see?” based on the promotional display), and acceptance of the mailing list opt-in.
If the Drawn Entry is found to be invalid or incomplete for any reason, it will be discarded and a replacement entry will be drawn at random. This process will continue until a valid winning entry is identified.
The draw will be conducted by the Promoter or a representative appointed by the Promoter. All decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by email within 48 hours of the draw. The winner will be required to provide a valid postal address for delivery of the prize.
8. Prize Claim Period
The winner must claim the prize within 30 days of the date of notification. If the prize is not claimed within this period, the winner will forfeit the prize.
9. Unclaimed Prize Draw
If the prize is not claimed within the initial 30-day claim period, a redraw will be conducted within 7 days using the same method as the original draw.
The subsequent winner must claim the prize within a further 30 days of notification of the redraw result. If still unclaimed after this period, the Promoter may retain the prize or donate it to a charity of its choice.
10. Limits on Prizes
Unless otherwise stated, one prize per person applies. Entrants are only eligible to win once.
11. Disqualification and Conduct
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:
Provides incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent information
Tampers with the entry process
Breaches these Terms and Conditions
Engages in conduct deemed inappropriate or unfair
12. Exclusion of Promoter Staff
Any person directly involved in the organisation, conduct, or determination of this competition, including employees and contractors of the Promoter and ATSA organisers, is ineligible to enter.
13. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with the competition or prize, including travel to redeem a prize.
14. Privacy
Any personal information collected will be used for the purpose of administering the competition and, where entrants have provided consent, for inclusion on one or both of the Promoter’s mailing lists.
Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in communications or by contacting the Promoter.

15. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute regarding the competition, the Promoter will attempt to resolve the matter internally in good faith. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any dispute will be final, subject to any rights the entrant may have under Australian Consumer Law.

17. Acceptance
Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions., , even if this occurs before the advertised closing time.
